5.0 Discussion of Public Officials / E&O Coverage Status and Options. [Action Requested: Direction to Staff].

6.0 Preliminary Discussion of Measure J Capital Funding for Land Acquisition for Facility Expansion. [Action Requested: Direction to Staff].
