The Western Contra Costa Transit Authority (WestCAT) office and ticket outlet is located off of San Pablo Avenue in Pinole.  The address is 601 Walter Avenue, Pinole, CA, 94564.  Walter Avenue is a short dead end street located between the intersection of Pinole Shores Drive and the Del Monte Shopping Center (Hunan Villa and the Embers are located there). 

The WestCAT Routes JR and JL, Route C3, and Route 17 all stop near Walter Avenue on San Pablo Avenue (advise your driver you need to get off at the stop nearest to the WestCAT office). The building is at the very bottom of the street.  The office is open for ticket and pass sales Monday-Friday only from 7:30 AM-6:00 PM.  For more detailed directions please call (510) 724-3331.
