Clearly print your name and address on the order form below.
Complete the order form and make check or money order payable to “WestCAT.”
Only local, imprinted checks will be accepted. Checks must be first party only and checks must be
imprinted with complete address. If using a PO Box, a residential address and telephone number are
required. Please do not send cash. We do not accept the following; out-of-state checks, counter
drafts, temporary checks, and previously signed checks.
We accept Transportation Benefit Checks (e.g. TranBen, WageWorks and Commuter Check.)
Send to WestCAT, 601 Walter Avenue, Pinole, CA 94564.
Requests for orders to be sent via courier (FedEx, UPS) must provide a valid account number and
pre-authorization.

Please note: It takes approximately 3-4 working days on all mail in ticket and pass orders. Please allow
for weekends and holidays. At this time online purchases are not accepted. However, a downloadable
order form is available here on our website.

Hercules Transit Center Parking Permits are only sold through the City of Hercules. To find out more
