Please note: It takes approximately 3-4 working days on all mail in ticket and pass orders. Please allow for weekends and holidays. All orders over $80 will be delivered certified mail and return receipt unless otherwise pre-arranged between purchaser and WestCAT. At this time online purchases are not accepted. However, a downloadable order form is available here on our website. Hercules Transit Center Parking Permits are only sold through the City of Hercules.
