New Bus Pass Promo to Lynx Passengers
WestCAT, in partnership with 511 Contra Costa, will soon be offering a great deal for transbay express bus riders who are willing to park their cars and try the Lynx for their work commute between Hercules and the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco. Beginning January 4, 2010 customers may purchase one of WestCAT’s 31-Day Lynx transbay bus passes and receive the second pass free! 10/29/09 - WestCAT to Recall Out-of-Print 10-Ride Tickets
WestCAT is recalling all out-of-print 10-Ride Local/Express, Martinez 30Z and Lynx bus tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for the new electronic fare media in person or via mail at the WestCAT Administrative Office, located at 601 Walter Avenue, Pinole, CA 94564. [More]

09/14/09 - Program provides free bus passes for West County students
(Summary) The program gives free AC Transit monthly youth bus passes or low-cost WestCAT 15-ride passes to local high school students who qualify for free and reduced-price lunches; they can use the passes to commute to school, after-school and recreational activities, and part-time jobs.
