As our customers know, the Route JX service has been suspended since January 28, 2018, the reason a critical shortage of drivers. WestCAT is happy to announce that the route is now back in full service as of Monday, June 11, 2018.

WestCAT staff hosted an information table at the Hercules Transit Center that same morning and handed out snacks and provided route information for customers requiring assistance. Passengers also had an opportunity to enter a Customer Appreciation Contest for a pair of noise cancelling wire free Bose headphones. The winner has been contacted and will be announced soon.

We sincerely appreciate the continued patronage of all of our passengers, and also the efforts of our contractor MV Transportation for all of the hard work they did in recruiting, hiring, and training new drivers to the service.
