Welcome to the Rider's Guide.  Here you will find all you need to make your trip on WestCAT an enjoyable one.

  • Accessible Features
    All WestCAT buses are wheelchair lift equipped and has space for two wheelchairs.  The coach operator will assist you on securing your wheelchair to prevent movement while in transit.  For more information on Accessibility on WestCAT, click on Accessibility.   If you have difficulty using Fixed-Route Service, you might also be able to use WestCAT Dial-A-Ride.  Call (510) 724-7993 or click on Dial-A-Ride for more information.  [Accessibility]

  • Bikes on Buses
    You can take your bike anywhere WestCAT goes!  It's easy since all coaches are equipped with exterior bike racks.  Each rack can hold two bicycles.  Click on the Bike & Ride link for information and easy loading instructions.  [Bike and Ride]

Lost and Found

Call (510) 724-7993 for information on lost and found.  The lost and found office is located at 601 Walter Avenue, Pinole. 


Rules & Regulations to Ride By

WestCAT enforces all internal safety policies, as well as criminal statues and municipal ordinances to ensure the safety of our passengers and the public at large.  A copy of WestCAT’s “Passenger Safety Policies” is available upon request
