WestCAT buses serve two transit centers in it's service area.  Below is information about the transit centers and the bus routes that serves them.

Hercules Transit Center

The Hercules Transit Center (HTC) is a major transfer center in Hercules that is serviced by 9 local WestCAT routes as well as the commuter Lynx Express as listed below.  It also serves as a park and ride facilify with 422 parking spaces, which are available for a $3 daily fee or $63 permit (without WestCAT pass) or $80 (combined with WestCAT pass). The daily fees cover the same day service on WestCAT (except Lynx). 

All permits need to be purchased online via the HTC Website at www.herculestransitcenter.com. There are no machines available on site to collect parking fees.  HTC is located on Willow Avenue in Hercules and served by the following bus lines:

• C3 - Hercules Transit Center - Contra Costa College
• J - Hercules Transit Center - El Cerrito del Norte Station
• JPX - Hercules Transit Center - El Cerrito del Norte Station via Pinole Valley Road
• Lynx - Hercules - San Francisco Transbay Terminal

Richmond Parkway Transit Center

The Richmond Parkway Transit Center (RPTC) is a park and ride lot and bus transfer station located in Richmond, California. It serves as a transfer point for the WestCAT and AC Transit.  Commuter parking is available for a $3 daily fee. Customers pay for their parking by inputing their parking spot number at a machine located on the bus island and using cash or their debit/credit cards.

It is located on the corner of Richmond Parkway and Blume Drive near the Pinole border and adjacent to Interstate 80 and the Hilltop Plaza shopping center.  The following bus routes stop at the center:

WestCAT

• 17 - Bayview
• 18 - Tara Hills
• JPX - Del Norte BART-Hercules via Pinole Valley Road (some buses continue as/from Route 30Z to Martinez)
• JR - Del Norte BART-Hercules via Richmond Parkway & Blume Drive

AC Transit

• 70 - Appian/Rheem to Richmond BART
• 71 - Carlson/Birmingham Drive to El Cerrito Plaza BART
• 376 - North Richmond (Nighttime only)
• LA - Hilltop to San Francisco (commute trips only)
• LC - Combined L/LA Return trips from San Francisco (commute service only)
