Dear WestCAT Customer,
Transit is facing a very difficult time with unprecedented demand for service and all of the proposed cuts in the Governor's budget. Now is the wrong time to cut transit and the right time for all of us to get involved. Contact your elected officials to tell them to Vote No on cuts to State Transit Assistance Funds (STA).
Write Your Legislators and Governor
You may also use the postcard being supplied to you courtesy of CalACT to write to the Governor. Just fill out the postcard with your name and address and any comments you have on how these budget cuts would affect you and/or family. Once complete, return the card to the person (coordinator) responsible for collecting them. In most cases, this will be the person at your facility who originally handed them out.

To send an e-mail to the Governor you need to visit his website at http://gov.ca.gov/interact and enter your comments. To e-mail Assembly members or Senators see the e-mail address listed below:
