The public comment period for the WestCAT Evolution Draft Plan is now closed. If you'd like to provide input, you are invited to attend the July WestCAT Board of Directors Meeting at the Pinole City Council Chamber, 2131 Pear Street, Pinole.
The Draft Plan is comprised of three separate documents. The Executive Summary and Full Draft Plan are available in Single-Page View, which is best for printing and mobile, and Two-Page Spread View, which is best for viewing on a computer screen. All documents are in PDF.
